At Home Pro of Alaska, we provide transparent, competitive pricing for residential and commercial property services in Wasilla, Alaska. Our goal is to deliver high-quality maintenance, repairs, and remodels with clear costs and exceptional value. Standard Service Rates 

Call-Out Fee: $140 covers the first hour of labor for all services performed during the visit.  

Additional Labor: $125 per hour or itemized on a case-by-case basis. 

Parts/Materials: Billed separately based on job requirements, plus applicable taxes.  

Example Scenarios:  

1. Clogged Sink Repair (1 hour): Fixed within one hour. Cost: $140 call-out fee + parts (if needed) + taxes.  

2. Garbage Disposal Replacement (1.5 hours): Call-out fee ($140) + 0.5 hours additional labor ($62.50) + parts ($135) = $ + taxes.  

3. Rental Unit Upgrades (2.5 hours): Property manager provides faucet and ceiling lights. Services include faucet replacement (first hour), 5 smoke detectors, 1 CO/smoke detector, and 3 ceiling light fixtures (9’ ceiling). Cost: $140 call-out fee + $90 (6 detectors @ $15 each) + $175 (detector materials) + $105 (3 light fixtures @ $35 each) = $510 + taxes.

Emergency/After-Hours Service   

For urgent issues like plumbing leaks, clogs, or no-heat situations, we offer 24/7 service at 1.5x standard rates:  

Call-Out Fee: $210 (covers first hour).  

Additional Labor: $187.50 per hour after the first hour.  

Example Scenarios: 

1. Thermostat Failure (1 hour, 1:15 AM Saturday): Call-out fee ($210) + thermostat ($85) = $295 + taxes.  

2. Toilet Clog and Leaking Valve (1.5 hours, Federal Holiday): Call-out fee ($210) + 0.5 hours additional labor ($93.75) + parts ($35) = $338.75 + taxes. Follow-up drywall repair scheduled at standard rates.

Payment Methods 

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. For property managers and realtors, we’re happy to align with your payment processes on a case-by-case basis.

We accept:  

- Credit Cards and ACH Payments: Processed via a secure payment link on each electronic invoice (2.7% processing fee applies).  

- Cash or Checks: No additional fees. A $250 fee applies for returned checks due to insufficient funds.  

Late Payment Policy: To ensure timely service for all clients, late fees may apply:  

- 30 days past due: $200 fee.  

- 60 days past due: $400 fee.  

- 90 days past due: Legal action or property liens may be pursued.
